PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT The purposes of the processing of personal data collected are:
1. Processing of personal data for the execution of legal relationships that will be established upon your request, and/or existing with you and for the fulfillment of the legal obligations connected to the above legal relationship, as well as tax obligations and/or accountants;
2. Protection of rights arising from said legal relationships;

DURATION The data will be processed for as long as necessary to carry out the existing legal relationship with Progetto Casa Srl and for a different duration if required by law. It is understood that, unless otherwise indicated by the User, such data will be deleted from the servers at the end of the aforementioned durations.
USER RIGHTS The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 12 of the GDPR).
In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
* of the origin of the personal data;
* the purposes and methods of processing;
* of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
* of the identification details of the owner pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2 of the GDPR;
* of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
The User has the right to obtain:
* updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
* the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
* the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves to be impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
